SELF-DISCOVERY

STORIES

Hi, I'm Anna and I'm glad you're here

Balance isn't a gift.
It's a daily choice.

In this online space, I share my personal experiences with health, wellbeing, and spirituality. I describe the tools I use to stay grounded.

Where this perspective comes from

My search for balance didn’t begin as a hobby; it began as a necessity.

I grew up as a refugee. My childhood ended at five when my family fled the civil war in Georgia. We lived in an old sea container without electricity or water. I remember doing my homework by candlelight and sharing a single chicken leg for dinner with my parents.

In those years, survival meant "shutting down." Expressing feelings was a luxury we couldn't afford, so I learned to stay silent and perform at my best to keep moving forward. I built a functional facade, but the foundation was missing.

Why I Share

Today, I am no longer in survival mode. I am learning how to live with an open perspective instead of a closed one. I believe that being honest about our challenges—from the clinical reality of women's health to unconventional spiritual tools—can be helpful and interesting for others.

I’m not a doctor, and I don’t give advice. I’m simply sharing what I’ve learned from my own search for happiness.
