SELF-DISCOVERY
STORIES
Hi, I'm Anna and I'm glad you're here
Balance isn't a gift.
It's a daily choice.
I am a mother, a tech professional, and a woman searching for happiness.
In this online space I document my personal and intimate experiences with health, motherhood and spirituality.
I describe the tools I use to stay grounded.

Why "annatherview"?

In my childhood, expressing pain was a weakness, maintaining a "good-looking facade” a survival strategy.

My perspective is rooted in a lifelong need for resilience. Growing up as a refugee, fleeing civil war, and studying by candlelight taught me that stability isn't a given—it’s a practice.
For a long time, my default was "survival mode," where I simply shut down my emotions to get through the day.
Today, I’m focused on moving beyond just "getting through."I’m learning to balance the demands of motherhood and a high-paced career while staying connected to my own needs.
My approach: the Toolbox
Coming from the tech industry, I value structure and logic.

I like to understand how things work and why they fail. When it comes to my health, I apply that same "toolbox" logic.
I’ve spent years researching, testing, feeling, and adjusting different practices to see what actually helps me stay grounded.

-
It’s not about perfection: Some days my "tools" are sharp; other days, I’m just trying to manage a sugar craving or the exhaustion of parenthood.
-
It’s about curiosity: Whether it's the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda or the physical alignment of a chiropractor, I look at everything through the lens of personal experience.

I’m not here to give advice.
I’m just sharing a different perspective, annatherview.
