Anna‘s Wellbeing Toolbox

Over the years, I’ve tried a lot of different approaches to wellbeing.

For a long time, I was focused on functioning — getting through things, holding it together. At some point, I realized I didn’t just want to function anymore. I wanted to feel well. Some I picked up as a child, some I found by accident, and some only earned a place after years of trial and error. This series is where I document the ones that stuck.

Not all of them rest on the same ground. Some, like nasal irrigation, are supported by stronger scientific evidence. Others, like oil pulling or acupuncture, come mostly from tradition and my own experience, with the evidence still limited or mixed. I try to be clear about that difference in every article.

These aren’t recommendations or prescriptions. They’re practices that have earned a place in my own life through years of trial, observation, and adjustment. In every article, I try to be honest about what I know, what I don’t know, and what I’ve simply experienced myself.
